This position is responsible for conduct and oversight of all Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice programmatic and administrative activities. This includes supervising staff; planning and managing budgets; overseeing all section-sponsored activities such as meetings and CLE program development, publications, policy development, membership acquisition and revenue generation; and providing counsel and advice to section leadership, especially with respect to the company's Policies and Procedures and strategic planning for the section.
