This new product implementation is expected to run for 12-15 months. Part of implementation will be providing in-market practice leadership to provide customers and key intermediaries with needed details on the form, fit and function of our solution. Position also responsible for multi-year conversion process of existing Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) block of business onto new absence management platform. On an ongoing basis, the program leader will be accountable for the continuous improvement of our absence management offering.
