The Director of Revenue Cycle Management Operations provides direction and support to the Service Area RCM Directors and RCM Manager of operations to ensure consistent and standardized process are implemented and maintained across the WA/MT Region. This position identifies and coordinates performance improvement opportunities to promote financial performance in the Service Areas and/or the WA/MT Region.
