Develop and manage seasonal merchandise plans , OTB's, and assortment plans to support overall business strategy and profit objectives. Lead a team of merchandise planners, store planners, and allocation analysts. Analyze sales and stock levels by store to identify target stores to maximize opportunities; work with Planners and Senior Allocator to ensure proper inventory levels are being met.
