The Director, Engineering Services is responsible for setting the global strategy and implementation of the company's shared engineering support services to Operations. Responsibilities include: CAD/CAM management and support, printed circuit board design, engineering management control, component engineering, industrialization of product designs to manufacturing, test engineering, providing the tools and techniques associated with the product development process, materials science labs and product certification by external certification agencies (UL, CSA, etc.).
