Responsible for driving the process improvement activities for product development and ensuring consistent application of the process globally. Drive process improvements in the PDP process from conception to specification sign-off. Work with other Design Office team members to audit and drive compliance with process improvements. Design Engineering metrics and develop tools to consistently track & measure performance in support of Engineering Dashboard.
