Implement systems that will significantly reduce design time & improve accuracy of design output and meet expected deliveries & cost requirements. Define the design process that will standardize the output for design, company-wide. Align the responsibilities of Design group defined in the APQP process to assist in improving the overall APQP process, as measured by on time, on budget and yielding a six sigma process.
