Manage Lifestyle design team in daily activities. Work with the global design team to maintain goals and strategic direction established by Design leadership. Strong participation in the creative group with ideas, concepts, technologies and new initiatives / stories. Mentor the Senior Designers, Designers and Associate Designers and manage their workload so all Lifestyle Apparel projects fall within the established deadlines.
