This individual will provide project design oversight and project management for tunneling related projects. This individual will be responsible for expanding the tunnel practice in the U.S. Duties include marketing proposals preparation and technical management of tunnel projects. Other responsibilities include recruiting staff for the tunneling practice, developing teaming relationships for project pursuits, coordinating publications and conferences and maintaining continuous improvement of the tunnel practice.
