Job Description:
Responsible for service delivery and customer satisfaction for top customers in the SWTSC. Directs and manages activities of Customer Advocates. This position requires strong project, process and people management skills. Ability to develop strong relationships with the field, sales, professional services, engineering and product support teams is critical. Ensures Premium Plus contract deliverables are met. Responsible to conduct regular account reviews to identify customer needs and develop business solutions as needed. Monitor key organizational metrics.
