Job Description:

Customer Advocacy Manager partners with the Product Managers, Development Teams, Marketing Teams and the Support teams for all point of sale products. Create, own and keep refreshed the customer engagement model. Collecting customer information for participation in customer councils, beta tests, and workshops. Develop and communicate best practices that will be used by product managers for customer engagements. Maintain working relationship with teams that support products and customers to improve understanding of product features and requirements.
