Customer Advocacy Manager partners with the Product Managers, Development Teams, Marketing Teams and the Support teams for all point of sale products. Collecting customer information for participation in customer councils, beta tests, and workshops. Work closely with the development team to be the customer advocate and influence them to make product changes as a result of customer feedback from the global help desks.
