Acts as legal representative for the country legal entity and directs the overall sales including products and/or services in the country. Has primary responsibility for the organization, supervision and development of the Sales, Presales and Channel Sales leaders and their teams. Has dotted-line responsibility for overseeing the country's functional areas (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations, Human Resources). Defines and implements a culture conducive to Customer Value, Accountability, Diversity, Velocity and Innovation.
