Support program offices in a wide range of programatic and technical analyses with emphasis in several of the following areas: cost analysis and estimation, cost risk analysis, cost research, operations research, and cost engineering. Participate in cost-benefit trade studies. Evaluate cost proposals. May be required to help program offices develop a technical baseline at various levels of maturity and prepare appropriate estimates under these circumstances; understand, develop and critique various hardware, software, and programmatic estimating methods; and support preparation of RFPs plans.
