Direct management of Capital & expense HQ/Field budgets ( annual/quarterly/monthly forecasts), background check procedures, vendor relations, purchase orders & invoicing, coordination of LP elements into new store openings/store support, armored car, CCTV, Sesormatic, Global Compliance, Restitution, etc. Analysis of shrink trends/inventory results/cycle counts to identify policies/programs/services to support shrink reduction efforts and create stores shrink goals.
