The Contracts Manager is responsible for the management of the Contracts Administration staff. Management and administration of contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and direct interface with customer Contractual points of contact and internal departments, such as Operations and Finance & Accounting. Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal/pricing. Reviews and resolves issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements.
