Performs advanced analytical, research-related, and/or consultative activities in order to administer and/or maintain operations, policies/procedures, and guidelines related to own function. Acts as consultant to leaders on departmental/corporate initiatives. Analyzes adequacy of current policies and procedures and recommends improvements or modifications. Develops and presents proposals. Performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and administration of functional area.
