The Contract Manager supports project management, estimating and operations teams in a number of areas throughout the contracting process including, pre-qualification or business development documentation; review and provide recommendations on provisions within bid or contract documents to mitigate risk exposure; provide guidance and support to management in negotiations leading to finalization of contract and sub-contract agreements; they will also deal with the preparation of various ancillary agreements.
