Partner with the business to accomplish results utilizing a broad suite of methodologies and tools. Measure and evaluate operations using process documentation, Lean Six Sigma techniques and other process improvement tools as appropriate. Extract and analyze operational information and perform statistical analysis to identify root causes of substandard areas. Assist with the identification, implementation, and measurement of process improvements.
