The Strategy Consultant leads the effort to address a client's most challenging problems by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, planning and conducting interviews and analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and creating plans to implement change as appropriate. Strategy Consultants also help create the necessary consensus within an organization to achieve results, including presenting strategy to the client's executive leadership.
