Identify best practices other companies & Pentair divisions are using to reduce TCO of factory indirect materials & services. Determine relevant best practices for Pentair Factory Indirect. Identify & prioritize opportunities for improvement. Outline & establish quantifiable improvement targets within office indirect spend.
