Compile subcontract management specifications and work statements through coordination with multiple sites to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies related to metallic structures, assemblies & bond structures, or non-metallic / metallic raw material. Will integrate functional support efforts to assure terms and conditions required for specific procurement strategies in support of site, multiple site and program requirements are achieved to meet assigned organizational objectives.
