Manages multiple projects of a large scale and of significant importance or assumes primary responsibility for undertaking and executing fundamental projects of extremely high complexity and scope related to products and processes for chocolate, confectionery snacks and commodity ingredients. Expert level ability to combine the practical and the theoretical for resolving applications problems or supervising development efforts of projects having a large and significant impact on the Company's current and/or future business interests. Works independently or under light supervision.
