Supervision and management support to a group of staff within the Clinical Operations Department. To oversee quality of the above staff to ensure project deliverables are met. After approval of new positions recruit new staff as required. To support bids and contracts and other staff in the winning of new global business. To build relationships with customers to help secure new and repeat business.
