Job Description:
Consistently and successfully deploys solutions for a key accounts as assigned. Conducts formal client service evaluations at critical milestones during project delivery. Analyzes reasons for favorable and unfavorable performance ratings and develops communication and action plans to validate and/or improve. Consistently adheres to and enforces internal Company processes and policies such as budgeting, human resources, legal restrictions, risk management, etc.
