The Chief of Party will be responsible for the technical leadership and in-country management of the project. Serve as principal liaison with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and governmental and community stakeholders on program communications and technical implementation activities. Provide technical and intellectual direction and leadership. Manage all expatriate and local consultants in achieving project results. Manage the project budget and oversee all project financial operations, ensuring full compliance with USAID regulations.
