The Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports directly to the President, and has responsibility for the effective management and day-to-day administration and operation of the Center and its museum facilities. The COO insures maximum effective allocation of financials of the Center and its operating units, and that policies and strategic goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors and the President are achieved within approved budgetary guidelines and operating procedures.
