The COO will plan and direct all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives and initiatives. This position is also responsible for the attainment of short and long-term operational and financial goals to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain operating policies consistent with the company's operating plans, programs, goals and objectives.
