This position will report directly to the CEO. The COO must have a "get it done" attitude and the ability to function in the board room and in the trenches. The COO will be instrumental in leading and transitioning the company in a time of rapid growth, allowing for the opportunity to put his/her own thumb print on the strategic direction of the organization. Knowledge of billing procedures in a clinical environment is critical and an understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), in particularly Allscripts, is a strong plus.
