The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Regional Vice President of hospital operations. Primary reporting relationships are with the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Nursing, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Administrator and Assistant Controller. Primary responsibilities of the CEO will be to provide direction and administration of all aspects of hospital activities to ensure quality patient care and an appropriate financial return. He/she will represent and support the company in dealings with the community, Board of Trustees, medical staffs and employees of the facility.
