Working closely with others to establish and develop relationships with key client personnel in the target client base, this will potentially include the mainstream OEMs and Tier 1s in the HD sectors but could also include large or small engine OEMs, start up companies with novel engine concepts, venture capital companies and various branches of the Government including the military, DOE & EPA.
