The CMPM will be responsible for creating strategic change plans that align to key success measurements and provide an organized, repeatable framework to the successful adoption of change. This will include, but not be limited to: - Assessing the significance of the change and formulate a change plan adequate for the adoption of the change. - Documenting and achieving consensus on the formal business case for change including objectives, vision, and strategy as well as measures of success.
