The Chain-of-Custody Manager, U.S. Region, will manage the execution of CoC certification services for new and existing clients in the U.S. In collaboration with the Regional Manager, s/he will develop and implement strategic business planning and budget management for the U.S. Region CoC portfolio. S/he will also oversee and manage customer service, consultant management and quality control. S/he will provide strategic guidance and oversight for recruitment and training of internal and external resources to ensure that SW has capacity to grow.
