Job Description:

Supervise, coach and mentor 1 to 2 DMAIC Black Belts in year one of their rotation. Support of 2 to 4 Field Ops regions and supervise 3 to 4 Regional Black Belts in years two and three of their rotation. Support will include relationship building with Field Ops management and Black Belt and Green Belt recruiting. Coordinate project selection and chartering for process owners of one Business Operations area, one Corporate Functional area and respective Field Ops geography.
