The incumbent is directly responsible for successful delivery of Call Center initiatives. The incumbent will also have direct involvement in gathering of facts, analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports/business cases & giving the presentations. Call center solutions include human resources/technical/process components. The incumbent must provide hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team as well as manage client relationships.
