This is an opportunity for a strong general manager to play a leading role in a growing organization that is poised to go to scale. Reporting to the President & CEO, the COO oversees key program-related activities and staff, including business development, product certification, marketing and category management. The COO is responsible for delivering on key impact and financial metrics, ensuring the efficacy of the business model, and optimizing service delivery to industry partners. The COO partners closely with the President & CEO on strategy, policy, and new business opportunities.
