Primary responsibility is to provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functionality. Apprise Operations Directors and CRM of any conditions detected with CMMS which do not meet contracted KPI's. The specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to management of CMMS staff, training and development of users, optimization of system use to improve account efficiency, reporting/deliverables, and staff productivity/efficiency tracking for all regions.
