10+ years of senior level management experience, prior CEO/COO experience highly desired 5+ years of strategic marketing plan development and delivery, ideally in a multiple product environment. Must be an experienced entrepreneur who has taken at least one startup from Series A all the way to an investor's exit strategy. The CEO will have primary responsibility for managing company operations, the overall growth strategy, organizational leadership, financial and organizational management, external communications, marketing and sales efforts.
