Primary function is to drive for continuous improvements in CAPA system by working in a team environment, soliciting input from all areas of the organization. Works closely with engineering and operation teams team members. When appropriate, work extensively on the manufacturing floor to collect relevant information and/or to execute necessary CAPA system document plans.
