Maintain Operations performance metrics database. Support Business Office and Manufacturing engineers in creation of quarterly CSP steering committee performance reviews. Assist in development of Operations information management portal. Define portal requirements, work with IT to develop site prototype, gather and organize site information. Own, maintain and continuously improve site to ensure effective sharing of information within Operations.
