The Business Leader will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, budgeting, technical engineering expertise and management of key programs to improve productivity of operations and other services in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Business Leader will have primary responsibility for directing the activities of the manufacturing areas and administration of the assigned facility.
