The Branch Service Manager is responsible for managing Commercial Lines-Inland Marine services for assigned branch/branches and supervising and managing a group of Marine Technicians. Incumbents are responsible for building a high performing and highly engaged workforce in order to accomplish the key business strategies of the organization.
