Effective management of total labor hours applied in maintenance and related service activities for all domiciled vehicles, including effective management of insourced vs. outsourced labor. Full P&L responsibility for CBU business/operations. Manage maintenance costs and budgets, and hold individual branch locations responsible for meeting maintenance cost budgets and overall profit responsibilities. Develop and maintain relationships with key BU customers, and actively engage with Sales organization on customer related initiatives.
