Manage projects from the conception of an idea through the implementation and control of a solution or solutions. Consult with Blackbelts, Directors, Sr. Directors of Business Process, and Business Owners to establish and meet financial and customer service goals. Mentor and coach greenbelts and team members in project work, making them understand and use Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and other necessary tools for a successful and timely completion of their projects, and develop robust process control plans to ensure sustained improvements.
