Thorough understanding of interior and exterior ballistics, be familith and have experience using ballistics testing equipment. Analysis of defects and understanding of SAAMI specifications is a plus. Ability to understand manufacturing processes, develop process specifications, work instructions and define standard work. Training in six sigma and its effect on the quality of the product and process is a plus.
