The Associate Director of Program Management works closely with the Director of Program Management to lead and motivate the Program Management team, enabling them to achieve outstanding results. The Associate Director of Program Management is assigned members of the PM team for whom they are directly responsible. They must monitor the quality of program execution and provide expert guidance on project management and personnel performance. The Associate Director of Program Management supports Business Development efforts, scoping, sizing and pricing programs.
