Establish and lead the project implementation team(s). Manage the team governance. Participate on the Steering Committee. Evaluate and assess the impact of constraints or issues associated with timelines, resources, etc. Recommend alternatives or options for issue resolution. Interface and align with the key functional areas to ensure business requirements are identified and met.
