Ensures that all operations of the Compounding areas are being performed in accordance with cGMP guidelines as well as applicable SOPs. Supports the production schedule in terms of staffing, work schedules, planning activities, and equipment maintenance.Directs personnel to perform weighing of chemicals and materials, cleaning, and sterilization of equipment, and compounding of pharmaceutical products. Work closely with QC Chemistry and Scheduling to provide a smooth and efficient work flow.
