The successful associate will be responsible for overseeing the operational departments, which include Food & Beverage, Dining Room, Front Desk, Retail, Security and Conference Services. The primary focus of the position will be food & beverage, front desk and retail operations. In addition, the position will be responsible for ensuring high standards of operational and guest service; implementing and maintaining Company operational standards and controls.
