Manage service procurement, budgets, and financial reporting to offshore projects throughout product development life cycle. Guide resource allocation, conduct audits, and develop metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of offshore contracts. Perform financial risk analysis and risk mitigation. Up to 50% travel time yr. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related, and 5 years experience.
